Woodwardia virginica   

Triangular fronds, up to 40" long and 11" wide. Has very distinctive sori that are somewhat chain-like in appearance, forming a double row, outlining the major veins. Grows 2-4' tall. Typically found in bogs and swamps, it makes a nice decorative addition to any moist, shady spot.
