Veronica ‘Purpleicious’ PP17639   

This bushy, upright speedwell produces gorgeous, dark purple flower spikes, 16-20" tall, late spring-summer. The narrow, lance-shaped foliage forms clumps that grow 6-8" tall beneath the flower spikes. A Jan Verschoor introduction.

About Veronica: Of the approximately 250 varieties of Veronica, the majority are easily grown in full sun to part shade in any good soil, while also providing a long bloom period when deadheaded. Dwarf varieties are particularly suited to rock and alpine gardens or in the front of any border or garden. The taller varieties can stand alone or grouped together, remembering to give room for air circulation between plants.
