Polemonium reptans ‘Touch of Class’ PP19768

This is an improved form of P. ‘Stairway to Heaven’ with foliage that has brighter, whiter variegation with a more silvery appearance. Silvery blue flowers bloom in abundance in the spring making it even more of an eye-catcher! Since this is a native plant, it withstands the extremes of cold, heat and humidity that occur in our area far better than any variegated Polemonium of European introduction. Grows 12" tall.

    Common Name:Jacob’s Ladder
    Hardiness Zones:3-8
    Deer Resistant:Yes
Growing Tips: Plant in moist, well drained soil that is high in organic matter.

About Polemonium: Polemonium is a delight to grow. Wide, clustered, cup-shaped flowers, from white to dark purple, dance gracefully above the ladder-like foliage which gave Jacob’s Ladder its common name. Does well in a naturalized setting or placed mid to front border of a rock or perennial garden.
