Dense clusters of large, pink tubular flowers bloom on sturdy stems from late spring through mid-summer. Grows 20-24" tall and 15" wide with dark green, glossy, semi-evergreen foliage. More compact than the species.

About Penstemon: Penstemon is a much loved American native known to bloom a long period of time when spent flowers are removed. The dwarf varieties are particularly suited to rock and alpine gardens (troughs) or at the front of your border, while the taller varieties can stand alone or grouped together. As an added bonus, they are great as a cut flower and attract butterflies.
