About Lavandula: Lavender is a favorite due to the beauty of its aromatic, silvery gray-green foliage and fragrant, spiked, white to purple-violet hued flowers. Known as Lavandin, it has been cultivated in Europe for its essential oil. Perfect for general garden use and in rock or alpine gardens. Excellent in fresh or dried arrangements and often used in sachets and potpourri.
