Heuchera ‘Tara’ PPAF   

Another winning selection from our friend and renound French breeder, Thierry Delabroye, named for Sunny Border’s own Tara Laviana. This H. villosa hybrid has spring foliage that is golden yellow with a red cast in the center and red venation. With the onset of summer, the red begins to fade and the foliage turns pure golden yellow with the hot summer days. Forms a mound 8” tall and 10” wide at maturity. White flowers bloom midsummer.

About Heuchera: Coral Bells makes a great addition to any garden as it is easy to grow, with many choices of foliage available. They perform admirably, whether tucked amongst other plants or en masse. Hummingbirds love them and they make great cut flowers too.
