About Antennaria: Also known as Woman's Tobacco, Antennaria is usually found in open woods and fields. The foliage typically grows in dense mats around the base of the stem, with leaves overlapping. Leaves may be slender or rounded and flower heads also vary slightly, depending on the species but the plants most commonly have several flower heads carrying small, tubular white flowers held in tight clusters.
